Public review standard
How Radical Market Studio rates companies
A rating is a dated assessment of the evidence available to us. It is not a guarantee, certification, or substitute for your own judgment.
Four axes, scored 0–3
Independent Verification measures credible evidence beyond company statements. Disclosure measures how clearly ownership, materials, sourcing, manufacturing, and policies are stated. Consumer Recourse measures practical return, warranty, and support protections. Community Alignment measures documented alignment between the business model and durable community value.
Overall score
0–1.4: not approved · 1.5–2.4: under review · 2.5–3.4: approved with significant reservations · 3.5–4.4: recommended · 4.5–5.0: strongly recommended. Company self-reporting alone cannot support an overall rating above 3.5.
What the labels mean
Strong means meaningful independent or primary documentation was reviewed. Partial means some evidence exists but important gaps remain. Limited means evidence is thin or mostly company-stated. None means no usable evidence was located. Not yet verified means we have not completed that part of the review.
Verification log
Each listing shows the verification date and the number of material items we could not verify. We identify company-stated claims, name independent sources when available, and revise or pause listings when new evidence changes the result.
